following services:
- Extensive advertising for procurement of tenants. i.e.
WEB SITE - paper - magazine - travel agencies - flyers
- Collection of rents, cleaning fees and security deposits
and CONTRACTS from tenants and credit check.
- Refunding security deposits, less any necessary
deductions, to tenants as prescribed for in their rental
contract.
- Coordination of cleaning and unit check following
tenants departure.
- Discounted management fees for owner generated bookings.
- Prompt disbursement of monies to owners each month
accompanied by computerized account statements by the tenth
of the month.
- Swift and immediate attention to any maintenance and
repair problems. Through licensed professionals in the area,
we facilitate quick and competent repair work for your
property. Due to the volume of business we handle through
our property management firm, we are able to pass along to
you the volume discounts we receive from these
professionals.
South Lake Tahoe Realtors management fee for all of
the above mentioned service is 30% of the gross monthly rents
collected. The management fee for owner generated bookings is
20% of the gross monthly rent collected. There are no
additional service charges or monthly fees.
PERMANENT RENTAL PROGRAM
South Lake Tahoe Realtors proudly offers the
following services:
- Advertising to procure potential tenants.
- Careful screening of prospective tenants, including full
credit checks, employment verification, personal references,
previous landlord references and personal interviews with
each perspective tenant.
- Prompt collection of rents.
- Prompt disbursement of moneys to owners each month
accompanied by computerized account statements.
- Swift and immediate attention to any maintenance and
repair problems. Though licensed professionals in the area,
we facilitate quick and competent repair work for your
property. Due to the volume of business we handle through
our property management firm we are able to pass along to
you the volume discount we receive from these professionals.
- Full and complete inspection by video taping the
property before and after each tenant and prompt re-rental
of the property.
South Lake Tahoe Realtors management fee for all the
above-mentioned services and more is only 10% of the gross
monthly rents collected. There are no additional service
charges, monthly fees or tenant placement cost.
FINDERS FEE RENTAL PROGRAM
South Lake Tahoe Realtors proudly offers the following
services:
- Advertising to procure potential tenants.
- Careful screening of prospective tenants, including full
credit checks, employment verifications, personal
references, previous landlord references and personal
interviews with each prospective tenant.
- Prompt collection of rent and deposit.
- Full and complete inspections by video taping of
property before tenant.
South Lake Tahoe Realtors management fee for all of
the above mentioned services and more is only 50% of the first
months rent. There are no additional service charges or
monthly fees.
